4. Event Bookings, Purchases & Payments

4.1 Prices are not listed directly on the Website. Event services are quoted individually based on factors such as event size, location, package selection, and date.
4.2 Payments must be made securely through our designated payment provider or payment method specified in the invoice.
4.3 A deposit is required to secure event bookings. Deposit amounts and payment schedules are outlined in the invoice and the Event Payment & Cancellation Policy.
4.4 We reserve the right to decline, cancel, or refuse bookings at our discretion, including in cases of scheduling conflicts, operational limitations, or suspected misuse.


5. Guest Count Confirmation

5.1 The client must provide a final guest count no later than 14 days before the event date unless otherwise agreed in writing.
5.2 After this deadline, the guest count may not be reduced for billing purposes, as staffing, product sourcing, and event logistics will already have been finalized.
5.3 If the final guest count increases after confirmation, The Caviar Service will make reasonable efforts to accommodate the change, but this cannot be guaranteed.


6. Venue & Event Coordination

6.1 The client is responsible for ensuring that the event venue permits food service, catering operations, and any necessary access required for The Caviar Service to perform its services.
6.2 The client must ensure that we have adequate space, access, and reasonable working conditions to provide service.
6.3 The Caviar Service is not responsible for venue restrictions, delays, or limitations imposed by the venue or third-party vendors that impact service delivery.


7. Food Safety & Allergies

7.1 Our services involve the handling and serving of fish, caviar, dairy products, and other food items that may cause allergic reactions.
7.2 It is the responsibility of the client and their guests to inform us of any known allergies or dietary restrictions prior to the event.
7.3 While we take reasonable precautions in handling food, The Caviar Service cannot guarantee that cross-contact with allergens will not occur and shall not be held liable for allergic reactions or dietary sensitivities.



8. Product Availability & Substitution

8.1 The Caviar Service sources premium caviar and related ingredients from trusted suppliers. Availability of specific varieties may vary due to seasonal supply, supplier limitations, or quality standards.
8.2 In the event that a specific caviar variety or product becomes unavailable, The Caviar Service reserves the right to substitute a comparable or higher-quality product.
8.3 Any substitutions will be made with the intention of maintaining or improving the overall quality and experience of the service.


9. Refunds & Deposits

9.1 As an event-based service provider, returns do not apply.
9.2 Deposits and payments for events are subject to the Event Payment & Cancellation Policy provided at the time of booking.
9.3 Refunds, if applicable, are issued solely in accordance with the Event Payment & Cancellation Policy.


10. Event Photography & Marketing

10.1 The Caviar Service may photograph, film, or otherwise document event setups, service presentations, or products for portfolio, promotional, or marketing purposes, including use on our website, social media, or marketing materials.
10.2 We make reasonable efforts to focus on the service, presentation, and product rather than individual guests.
10.3 If a client prefers that photography or documentation not be used for promotional purposes, they may notify us in writing prior to the event, and we will respect that request where reasonably possible.


11. Limitation of Liability

11.1 To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Caviar Service shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from the use of this Website or from services provided.
11.2 We do not guarantee that the Website will always be available, secure, or free from errors or interruptions.
11.3 While we take reasonable care in providing services, we are not responsible for circumstances beyond our control, including venue issues, vendor coordination failures, travel disruptions, or force majeure events.
